Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Advising people moving locally & internationally, sales, survey, estimate moving volume and charges, corporate sales, personal accounts, customers and agents’ relations all over the world and follow up on operations and execution of secured jobs.
2. Responsible for overseeing the relocation process, locating suitable neighborhoods for the client’s religion, school requirements and career.
3.Arranges a variety of aspects of the move on behalf of the client and responds to all questions posed by the client with regards to the relocations process.
4. Communicates with the entire relocations team to provide the best level of customer service, overseeing the tenancy/purchase of property and the transport of household goods.
5. Finds out the client’s specific needs relating to the relocation and their priorities.
